Saturday at 9 till 3   We start the day with our famous Side Walk Sale this is a time that no one will want to miss as you have a chance to mingle & meet not only other people but also our friendly merchants who will be displaying their wares on our main street, if you feel the urge for a great burger our local Fire Department will be grilling them in front of our IDA Drug Store & the Village Lions will be giving out fresh popped pop corn.  Come mingle & browse on our traffic free street & if you feel a thirst remember it is only a hop skip & jump away to our famous Legion Patio Bar with entertainment or you may want to visit one of our other famous pubs in the village. All these activities take place within walking distance of our beautiful Confederation Park & while enjoying your weekend please take note of the fantastic gardens & flower displays provided by our Horticultural Society.

You can be sure this band will be in top form as one of our own village members Charlie Ridpath plays sax for these great musicians. When you get thirsty or want to nibble the Village Lions will be serving finger foods along with a great refreshment bar, remember the doors open at 7:30.

C Hockey Team will be cooking Pancakes outside their Dressing Room beside the Arena thus allowing parents & children to enter the arena through the Chiefs dressing room (a thrill it will be for the young to see the dressing room of the big boys) & onto the arena floor to sit at the tables & chairs & divulge in those famous Chief Pancakes

Sun. 9am.  until    The Lakefield & District Lions Club will be running a Classic Car Show in Isabel Morris Park & the parking lot behind the arena.  The setting for this car show we feel is perfect as you will not only be able to view the cars in this beautiful park but also be able to look out over the clear blue waters in front of our Marina on the Trent Severn Waterway & enjoy one of the famous burgers or smokies that the Lions are noted for while enjoying some great entertainment.
