I FINALLY joined a gym. I’ve been contemplating whether or not to, but yesterday, I just did it. Part of the reason I waited until now is because I figured all the people who joined in January have long since stopped going. I don’t know if I can afford it, but, CAN YOU REALLY PUT A PRICE ON HEALTH???
However, now comes the hard part – finding the motivation to physically get my butt in to the gym. Obviously, there’s the health benefits, but I mean the day-to-day waking up and dragging myself to go.
