AC/DC’s Brian Johnson is 73 today.

2020 should have been a big year for Brian and the band.  They were supposed to be on the road for what was expected to be a final tour.  Instead…COVID happened.

Good news though…a new AC/DC album is on the way.   Details HERE

Speaking of albums…little known fact.  The Bahamas weather inspired Hells Bells.

Following Bon Scott’s death, the remaining members of the band briefly considered quitting, before concluding that Scott would have wanted AC/DC to continue

In March 1980 Johnson received a phone call inviting him to London to audition as the new vocalist for AC/DC.  The audition went well and he was hired.

The band went to The Bahamas to record the album Hells Bells

Brian had never been to the Bahamas and it was the weather that helped him finish the lyrics for the albums title track.
