“This is truly a very exciting opportunity for us to be able to offer the great people of this community such an incredible line up of talent during what has been such a difficult year for so many. These concerts will be a fun, safe and responsible way for the people of Peterborough to get out and enjoy some great live music from the safety and comfort of their own vehicle, while still physically distancing from other concertgoers,” says Jeremy Giles, PMC Facility Manager.

Since their formation in 2004, The Sheepdogs have won 4 JUNO Awards, had multiplatinum album sales and have been featured on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. They have described themselves as “pure, simple, good-time music” and one critic has praised the band’s “infectiously catchy, soulful, retro sound with beautiful harmonies and a pinch of southern rock”. The Sheepdogs have most recently enjoyed great success with their latest 17-song album “Changing Colours”.

Jim Cuddy has written many of the songs that have become indelible in the soundtrack of Canadian Lives. Both as a solo artist and as one of the creative forces in Blue Rodeo, Jim has received nearly every accolade Canada can bestow upon a musician including 15 JUNO Awards, the Order of Canada, has been inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame and received the Governor General’s Performing Arts Award and a star on the Walk of Fame.
