As you can imagine, the demand for our services continues to increase as more and more of our community members look for help to be able to remain in their own homes. We appreciate that the past few years have been very challenging for everyone – Community Care has also felt the pressure of restrictions, rising costs, fewer volunteers and stretched resources. Although we do receive some funding, as a not-for-profit we also depend heavily on the generosity of community members and local businesses to ensure our vital programs remain available and affordable to the thousands of clients we support in the area.
