First of all, it’s good to be home. Secondly, to play a stage like this where I’ve seen so many great artists perform over the last ten years is an honour and a privilege. Three years ago this wasn’t even fathomable. We’re coming off our biggest Canadian tour to date, and to come back home and celebrate with our friends, our family and our city is extremely fulfilling. – Brett Emmons

The Glorious Sons have been touring in support of their recently-released sophomore album Young Beauties And Fools which came out October 13 through Blackbox/Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company. The album features the anthemic single “Everything Is Alright” which is just claimed the number one spot at Alternative radio, affirming this band’s place in the alternative world. The track also earned placement in Spotify’s marquee playlists; “Rock This,” “Totally Alternative,” “Digging Now” and “New Noise.” “Everything Is Alright” now has over one million streams on the platform. Apple Music has also included the track on key lists such as “A-List: Alternative,” “A-List: Rock,” “Future Hits” and “Breaking Rock.” Listen to the full Young Beauties And Fools album HERE.

While The Glorious Sons success continues to grow in Canada, the band has begun making their mark abroad. “Everything Is Alright” has been added to over 20 alternative radio stations in the United States. Across the pond, in the United Kingdom, “Josie” was selected as BBC Radio 1 Rockshow’s “Rockest Record of the Week,” garnering airplay across multiple programs – listen HERE (24:00 mark).  “Josie” was also added to Virgin Radio in the UK as Kate Lawler’s “Record of the Week.” Meanwhile in Australia “Everything Is Alright” has been added to Alternative rock radio station, Triple M’s Modern Digital. It won’t be long until The Glorious Sons becomes a household name internationally.

With over 100,000 singles sold in Canada and over 12 million streams, The Glorious Sons are poised to be one of the most exciting success stories this year as their dedicated fans discover the dynamic songwriting and uniquely crafted sound of Young Beauties and Fools.
