If it’s dance you want, it’s dance you’ll get on Saturday, July 15 as the 36th summer season of Peterborough Musicfest continues with multi award-winning Canadian R&B/hip hop singer/songwriter Shawn Desman headlining.
Just 18 years old when he recorded his self-titled breakthrough album in 2002, Desman rode an initial wave of three top 10 chart singles – Shook, Spread My Wings and Get Ready – before proving he was no one trick pony with his 2005 follow-up album Back For More, and its single Let’s Go, which brought him a Juno Award for Best R&B Recording.
His latest single Maniac released last October has put Shawn Desman back on the charts and back on the dance floor. This will be a show not to miss!
