Taking Charge of Your Mental Health
Event Details: The Kawartha Pine Ridge Elementary Teachers Federation in conjunction with the District School Board and OSSTF District 14 presents Nova Browning Rutherford. Nova is a wellness expert. Her mission is to provide people with the tools and techniques needed to better deal with difficult emotions, stress and anxiety. She will provide an afternoon focused on mental health, wellness, self-care, and empowerment for educators and other professionals. Join us for this FREE event on Saturday September 29 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm at the Cobourg Collegiate Institute.
