Wednesday Forest Walks
Event Details: Ring in spring with Wednesday Forest Walks in Jackson Park, starting on May 1! Led by Ancient Forest Exploration & Research, these walks will take you through the unique old-growth forests of the park where trees are typically 150 years old and as old as 250 years old. These walks are free and no registration is required–just meet at the Monaghan Road parking lot at 5:30pm on May 1 to get your “behind the scenes” tour of Jackson Park’s old-growth forests! Walks will continue every other week until the end of October.
