March Break Mobiles

Mobiles got their start in the 1930s by American Artist Alexander Calder. Calder used moving parts and wires to create motion with his sculptures. In this workshop children will create five small sculptures out of Crayola model magic to create a mobile to hang in their rooms. Programs run from 9:30am – 12pm or 1-3:30pm and are suitable for children ages 6-12. The cost is $15 per attendant and pre-registration is required. Children are encouraged to bring their own peanut free snacks.
