Community Care Volunteer Information Fair

Now is your chance to come and learn about volunteer opportunities with Community Care!
Join us Wednesday October 9th at our Community Care Volunteer Information Fair from 4pm-7pm at our Peterborough Office (185 Hunter St East). This is a great chance for you to meet other volunteers, learn about the many volunteer roles we have available and ask any questions you might have. You can simply browse through our displays or speak to staff at the event to start your application if you find a role that’s right for you!
At 4:20pm, 5:20pm and 6:20pm you can join our volunteers and staff for a brief overview presentation about Community Care Peterborough.
At Community Care we depend on volunteers. Last year our volunteers helped to provide services to 7,247 clients living in the City and County of Peterborough by delivering 37,777 Meals on Wheels, providing 42,763 drives and making 28,044 reassurance calls and visits to check on their well-being and minimize isolation!
