Hoekstra Dressage will be hosting a series of Goat Yoga classes with certified instructor Tracy Cooper. Spring series will be held on sundays 4-5 running April 8 – June 24. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Come out to the stable connect with nature. Enjoy yoga poses, goat cuddles and laughter.
